Our Company

King Financial Group, Inc. is a residential mortgage company specializing in a large array of home loans, customer care and responsible lending practices.  We believe in personal one-on-one relationships and client for life service.  King Financial Group was established in 1992 by Kathy King with the desire to treat customers with respect and integrity. Kathy found spending the quality time to educate clients with choices regarding home loan programs and the process took the fear out of financing.  Today, the entire King Financial Group team continues this process of client for life customer care.

We fully pre-approve and underwrite every loan through Fannie Mae DU or Freddie Mac LP for a solid loan approval at the beginning of the loan process. This integral step provides our VIP agent-partners and borrowers with a clear path to closing.  Instilling confidence, providing accuracy and simplicity to our VIP agent-partners and clients is what we do best!

Our highly experienced processing and operation staff sets strategic paths to closing within two business days after an application is received by insuring our loans are in underwriting quickly. Currently more than half of our loans are cleared to close within 12 days of delivery to processing and closed within 15 days. This allows King Financial Group, Inc. to issue preliminary HUD's to review with our client’s prior to closing. Exceeding expectations and exceptional communication is what we do best! In fact, in addition to keeping our clients informed, we send out emailed Mortgage Status Updates to all real estate agents involved in the transaction throughout the process.   This keeps all parties clearly informed of the status of the mortgage financing from application through funding.


We have a large array of mortgage programs and loan products to choose from.  This is the most valuable reason for our clients to meet in person with our educated, licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originators. We can put together many combinations of different down payments, PMI, no PMI or Lender paid PMI programs for example. We finance purchase, refinance, owner and non-owner occupied properties. We have several types of first time buyer programs such as the MCC Tax Credit.  We have great Jumbo pricing. FHA, FHA 203K, VA, and USDA, are among just a few of our most popular government home loans. We finance interim construction loans, lot loans and land loans. Our fixed rate programs consist of 30 year fixed, 20 year fixed, 15 year fixed, and 10 year fixed rate home loans. We also have adjustable rate mortgage loan products to choose from and much more.

As a company, we choose no-prepayment penalties on all of our loan products.  We ask our clients what they want, what their goals and objectives are, what their comfort level with payment will be and how long they think they will be in their home. The answers to these questions, will allow us to show them various options to meet their goals and objectives.  Giving our clients options and helping them make an educated decision is our primary objective.


King Financial Group, Inc. believes in training and education.  We provide MCE training classes, compliance classes, agent, borrower and mortgage related focused training at our corporate location with an open invitation to all of our agent-partners and clients.

Marketing & Media

In addition to our extensive array of home loan programs, and competitive pricing, King Financial Group, Inc. is proud of our in-house, VIP agent-partnered marketing department. Our marketing department produces co-branded material for our VIP agent-partners and their King Financial Group RMLO to use to grow together in business.

There is NO COST and never any obligation to get Pre-Approved for a home loan!  It's really quite simple.  The following will outline the three easy steps to obtaining a Pre-Approval letter.

  1. Your licensed RMLO's will request income, asset, and credit documentation from you as stated on our LOAN CHECK LIST under the LOAN PROCESS tab. This allows your RMLO to determine the maximum sales price and loan amount you will qualify for. It will be necessary during this process for your RMLO to pull your credit report from all three credit repositories. Your credit score also known as your FICO score is important for qualifying.
  2. Next, we input your loan through DU (Fannie Mae) or LP's (Freddie Mac) automated underwriting system for a preliminary loan approval.  This is very fast. Your conditional loan approval will be *subject to: an executed contract of sale, acceptable appraisal, acceptable title work, acceptable survey, and any conditions stated on the preliminary conditional automated underwriting loan approval. THIS IS NOT A THE FINAL UNDERWRITTEN LOAN APPROVAL USED FOR CLOSING DUE TO THE * SUBJECT TO ITEMS NEEDED.  Ask your RMLO for more details.
  3. Once the DU or LP automated underwriting approval is complete, your RMLO will prepare a Pre-Approval letter for you. When your real estate agent presents a contract to the seller for your home purchase, they will include your Pre-Approval letter.  This helps strengthen your offer  to the seller documenting you are a qualified buyer.  Ask your real estate agent how to use this letter appropriately while negotiating!
